Built in 1925, the Newark Symphony Hall is one of the premier performance venues in the Garden State. It was built by the Shriners, and was originally known as Salaam Temple. The name was changed in 1964. Today, you can catch a wide variety of live performances, from music to dance, and everything in between. There are also game nights and performing arts academy for kids.
